Igor and team did great work. They were fast, pointed out issues as they saw them, and went the extra mile to fix some water damage that happened because the old door had severe leaking issues. I would recommend them again.

Forgot to mention that they are also priced very fairly.

I’m working with this company for many years and can definitely recommend to use it for your windows and doors projects. Their sales representative Michael is always polite, helpful and supportive of making the right choice and saving money. The company has the very knowledgeable and professional installers Oleh and Artem. They are punctual, paying attention to the details, working in a coordinated manner and finishing the job very well done.
Thank you guys!

Just had our front door and backyard door replaced by Luma. Front door look absolutely fantastic. So heavy and sturdy.
Installers were real professional, courteous, and respectful. Cleaned every work area as if no work had been done. So glad I chose Luma.

We were looking to replace our front and back doors in our house and looked into various companies online that could help us out. In the past, we had a poor experience with a larger company that replaced some windows. Keeping that in mind, my Wife came across Luma Doors and scheduled an initial meeting with Mike who was accommodating to our budgetary and personalization needs. We were told that Luma is a small, family-owned company and from Mike, Alex and their installers, Igor and Victor, everyone was very attentive to our needs, from keeping onsite visits on time to getting call backs when voice messages are left. The onsite installers were punctual, professional and focused when our doors were being installed. We are very happy with our new doors and will be using Luma for our Garage door down the road. Keep up the great work Team !

This is my second door installed by Luma. In both cases Luma installations on both homes was perfect. They were On time as promised , clean and most of all reasonably priced. Mike was our sales rep and very helpful as well. Call them
And compare with your choice is all worth doing. Good luck

Alex and his team replaced our rear sliding door and basement window about 2 years ago. Start to finish these guys did an excellent job. I never left a review (I should have!) - but now feel compelled to write one. There was a manufacturer’s defect in the glass (not Luma’s fault) and it was looking pretty rough.

Alex sent one of his guys over to take pictures - and this was followed by the glass manufacturer sending someone to replace both panes under warranty.

Thank you Luma - keep
up the good, honest work!

This company has the absolute best after sales service I’ve experienced in a long time. 3 years after having a front door replaced, I contacted them asking for a replacement screw that had fallen out. A technician was at my door within days to replace it! I would have gone to pick it up myself but they went above and beyond. That’s what you call exceptional customer service! Thank you!
